Leads Manager mobile app allows attorneys to be able to receive and respond to leads directly from the palm of their hand. With the first version we released, the first screen the users saw after downloading the app was the login page. There was no context explaining what the app did or what the users should be expecting. We’ve also noticed that some users have downloaded the app but never signed in.
Collaborated with the marketing team to draft the value propositions as well as the key features of the mobile app.
Worked with a UX designer to come up with the onboarding flow and design.
Oversaw the development process and conducted UAT before the launch of the app on iOS and Android.

Lead management for small to medium firms is often inefficient and challenging. Firms and attorneys often subscribe to multiple lead generation services but there was not yet a management tool from which the attorneys can manage all of these leads.
Conducted user research and competitive analysis to identify the product opportunity of having a consolidated lead management tool.
Led discussion with leadership from all three business units to define the key features:
Real-time push notifications for new leads
Auto-response via email and SMS templates
Lead status, communication history and reminders
Close and assign leads
Built the Leads Manager Portal App as well as Mobile Apps (iOS and Android) with both the server and client teams.

Avvo, as one of the most popular legal marketplaces, offers legal professionals advertisement opportunities on its legal directory site. However, due to its sole focus on advertising, Avvo’s product offering was one-dimensional. With our primary target audience being small law firms, there was a great opportunity for Avvo to be their consolidated marketing platform.

The Client Service Portal (CSC) is a B2B portal offered to Martindale-Avvo customers, where they can find a variety of products they have purchased. We wanted to be able to systematically collect customer satisfaction and feedback about the portal so that we can identify opportunities to make the CSC Portal better for our users.
Led the discovery phase with the research team to build the CSAT survey.
